MacArthur Park Lutheran Church member Emily Nisi is the November calendar model for the San Antonio Down Syndrome Association calendar for 2011.

Brett Paredes ran his final mile in the Kid’s Rock ‘N Roll Marathon on Nov. 12 in Brackenridge Park. Brett, a student at Concordia Lutheran School, ran a total of 25.2 miles over the past two months as part of his school’s fitness program.
